CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Sekhmet Healing for your spiritual services and products. We strive to provide exceptional experiences to all our clients. Please read the following cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking any services or purchasing digital products.

Distance Reiki Sessions:

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your distance Reiki session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any fees.
Refund Policy: Refunds for cancelled sessions will be provided if cancellation is made within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If a cancellation is made within the 48 hour timeframe, no refund will be provided. .

Oracle Card Readings:

Cancellation Policy: Oracle card readings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once booked.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of oracle card readings, refunds will not be issued once the service has been booked as the reading may already be underway or completed.

Digital Products:

Cancellation Policy: Digital products (e.g., workbooks, guides and meditation audio recordings) are non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the download link has been provided.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for digital products. All sales are final.

General Terms and Conditions:

Refund Timeframe: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Refund Amount: The refunded amount will be equal to the total amount paid minus any applicable transaction fees.
No-show Policy: Clients who fail to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds.
Policy Updates: Sekhmet Healing reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
